The folder is maximum TRG sex appeal. I do prefer the classic one though. Although the improved ergonomics of the folder cant be denied. Adds some weight too. Decided to stay classic with the old ones and get an M10 for the folder.I call this my Finnish Green Meanie
Did not spend lots of time behind the M10 yet, until now, shockingly surprising, i prefer the old ones over the M10
Green AI AW and TRG are the best looking sniper rifles in my opinion. I admit I have a soft spot for the oldschool stuff.
As for the OG TRG folding stock, it does add some weight and I think the ergo is about the same as in the fixed stock, but the quick adjustments are handy when switching between prone, bench etc. It also makes barrel cleaning easy. And it is absolute neccesity for a TRG autist like myself. Still need that ITRS rail tho.
From this pic, you can't exactly tell that the stock is green, but it is... 6 BRA, hit out to 1860 off the tripod on that trip.
Some green TRG'ish stuff in 22, 260 and 338.
Just some cheap-no-name arcas, 60mm in length IIRC. They're attached with the rearward forend bolt and/or with a backplate to the UIT-rail.
