I do not know why this was posted here but since it is here let me just explain what you are seeing.
The Chinook has two fully articulated rotors with 3 blades each that can flap up and down and lead/lag back and forward in the rotor plane. Normally, centrifugal forces keep the angle between the blades at 120 degree in a three-bladed rotor and the center of gravity coincides with the axis of rotation. I. e. the rotor is sufficiently mass balanced.
A rotor is rarely - if ever - 100% balanced because of aerodynamic forces acting on the blades that vary their pitch over the course of the rotation. Therefore, helicopter alway shake a little bit as anyone who rode in a heli knows. These residual vibrations at rotor frequency and their higher order harmonics are little concern in free air.
But if these vibrations get fed back into the airframe through contact with the ground and without sufficient damping (in case of the documented incident through improper tie down) then the axis of rotation of the rotor can shift relative to the center of mass of the rotor and the end result is what you see in the video. In this destructive feedback loop, the blades move out of their balanced 120 degree spacing and the imbalance becomes progressively worse.
(The objective of the shown test was NOT complete destruction. Unanticipated ground resonance became catastrophic.)
