Just poured here again. Drove over bridge today and it was every bit of 12 feet based on debris field I saw. The Guad flooding 2025 will be remembered for a long time for the loss of life. The Hills come alive with water every once and awhile.
Here's the best explanation I've seen for how the conditions developed to bring about this disaster -
