    I'm guessing an old cannonball. Weighs 1935 grams/ 4.26 lbs Found in SW New Mexico but could have come from a distance.

    I dont even know that its a cannonball. Could be from the Spanish or French using kilos. Could be something else.

    Let's say it is a cannonball. Could still be filled with black powder or whatever. Something to think about before you put it by the fireplace.
