At least among people I know, or knew, that had multiple, many of them did not get all, or even most, of their tats at legit shops. Many a tat were inked in someone's garage, basement or at their kitchen table. And even legitimate tat shop "artists" will work on trade.
They need to be put alongside a road, in the middle of nowhere, at the convenient hour of 11:00 am until 3:00 pm, and they get paid per foot of ditch dug. Give them $100.00 a foot. That would be a 8' wide ditch, minimum of 3' deep in the center, and for each foot along the roadway (on one side, I'm not sinister) they get $100.00 cash.
Lunch-break and coffee-break will be whenever they feel like it. Be generous and understanding.
Be sure to let them know, AT 3:00 pm, that the ride back to civilization will cost them $45.00 and no hitchhiking is allowed.

When I was a high school teacher, once in a while I'd have some dipshit kid try to gain sympathy and threaten to just drop out. I encouraged them to go ahead and drop. They would, every single one of them, look at me like I was crazy. They expected sympathy and crying.
I then explained that a certain small percentage of folks would be able to become NFL or NBA stars (gotta hit where they think first) and explain how small of a percentage that is with all of the high school and college prospects every year. I'd move on to doctors and lawyers and such (yeah...). Then I'd hit some other vocations to include electricians and carpenters who needed to know math to be good at their job. They all needed a high school education...but you go be you and make sure you can operate a shovel.
Only a couple saw the light.
I use to tell my wife that on the first day of school with a new set of unknown kids, I could spot the ones that had a jail cell waiting on them. She said I was jaded. She said that for 5 or 6 years until she saw those same kids going to jail.
When the admin types insisted I pass a kid "anyway" and I protested to the state, reporting instances with documentation of admin types doctoring the books, I'd soon be down the road. Fuck it, those guys were fired before I was.
When the admin types started telling me that I had to call a boy a girl or allow them to say they were a pony, I decided I had had enough of the US public schools.
Fuck that shit.
I moved to corporate America before (just barely) it went all woke. I was able to influence young engineers and things were pretty good until that DEI bullshit came along and I had to sayonara that shit, too.
I'm far less stressed and far less paid now but I work from home in my underwear if I want. I even shoot a few times every day at my KYL 22LR target and one of my suppressed MK2 or MK3 22LR's....just because I can. If I want to take a break, I do. If I want to show up late, I do. If I want to quit early, I do.
But the very best part is I don't have to pretend that some stupid mother fucker isn't a stupid mother fucker.
I think that the vast majority of women are either clueless of human nature or do what they can to shy away from the truth out of self-preservation. No offense meant to you or your lovely wife.
Ive told a lot of people that I have a good "first impression" mechanism in my body. Im probably proven right about 85-90% of the time. It might take a few years, like your case, to come to fruition, but im rarely wrong.
Should they get a one on one, they might as well ask if drugs are dispensed freely at work, or asking the interviewer if they want to fuck on their desk.

In my undies...that's what you really want to know about, huh? I mostly wear Jockey or Hanes but the wife bought me some that cost 10 times more and I like about 5 times less. I can go find that brand if you are interested.
