We had them at the agency I used to work for. IIRC the reset is a couple hundred $. The "forks" that extend in front of the patrol vehicle are pretty modular and not that bad to repair if they get jacked up. You need to mount them to a larger truck you need mass. I have seen it stop a 1 ton dually. It is a very good tool you must get pretty darn close.

But if the system takes into account all factors and a person’s merits when they vote, then it becomes too complicated and very easy to break.
