so instead of modifying the "nugget" they just made a selector barrel that disengages the cam arm somehow? a picture of what's going on there would answer a few questions that I was left wondering that the website information didn't answer.

I do like the fact it's a separate unit from the trigger.

I actually had the same question as well since I already own the two position. Some of the magic is in the actual safety/mode selector though so it's not as simple as getting a "raw" two position and then filing the extension down to the right dimension.

I do think the shape of the disconnector and back of the trigger matters which is why it only works with some but not all Geissele triggers. My original thought was to get an unmodified two position and use the safety I had on hand. But that doesn't appear to work from the safety perspective as the barrel/cams are different from what he supplies. I'm guessing the safety he supplies doesn't allow or moves the extension out of play during normal semi-auto and then allows it to work during super semi.

I got back out to the indoor range that allows for full auto firearms to function tests today and it does indeed work in FRT mode (Arizona 3 position). Trigger's a bit heavy and will necessitate some training but it was fairly easy to control with the POF P415 which is on the heavier side of things for a 12.5" rifle and a suppressor hanging off the end.

Edit: If I have time, I'll try using the Arizona safety in the rifle that currently has the two position and a Geissele SSA trigger to see if it'll function.

The trigger feel is getting better with use and a bit of dry fire. It has an audible and tactile wall in semi-auto that's actually usable. In FRT mode, there's no wall but the grittiness is gone. Still has quite a bit of initial travel which I suspect, means very little in real world usage.

I can confirm that the FUDD Arms super safety passes the function test with a Broad River Tactical 9mm radial delayed SD upper with an American Defense Manufacturing ambi lower.

The Atrius is arriving today. Paid $14 in shipping and they sent it first class. We'll see what the packaging looks like.

I went back and looked at the original email sent back in June notifying me they were available. And it literally says, "back in stock". I ordered within a minute of receiving that email yet was never notified I'd be waiting three months.

Damn. Well, I hope it works well for you. Might get mine by Christmas lol.

I received an email from them moments ago for an "upgraded" ambidextrous selector for $50 more or $249 total. Worst timing ever but that ship has sailed. I'll stick with AS Designs for the full ambi setup. I'll report back to see if my Atrius suffers from the same cam issues others were having. Mailman doesn't come til the afternoon round these parts.

Looks like they're offering an upgrade to the non-ambi purchasers as well for $50 in total. Sold out but says four week wait if you were able to snag one.

I did get the Atrius installed and passes the function test with a Delton mil-spec trigger in a ADM lower, Broad River 9mm upper. The trigger isn't half bad actually. Hitting the range with it tomorrow morning. I didn't get the cam issue Chris had on YouTube. It appears to function correctly. Not sure if that's due to my combination of part or if Atrius changed the cam profile.

Yup.. For semi auto, I really enjoy the MP5K with tri-lug, K can, MRDS, and B&T folder. Such a fun close range gun for shooting steel in cowboy towns, plate racks, dueling trees, and inside the house work on graded TGTs.

Cyclic rate is insane though when stepping up from semi with an MP5K.

Cyclic rate is very easy to control with a full-size MP5 and correct rollers.

I still like the MP5K configured and in semi though.

Been looking at an SP5K to SBR and pimp out for my kids, since 9mm is so cheap.

I've tried a Zenith K-clone with a binary and imo it hits the sweet spot for subguns, feels very similar to actual 2rb trigger packs

Reminds me of the FBI 10mm guns with the Safe, SEMI, 2-round burst, Full Auto trigger packs. It had LRBHO and a bolt catch as well.

the biggest problem with those were having to change rollers depending on ammunition loading, and the fact they beat themselves to death pretty quickly if given a diet of high-power 10mm.

personally I've always been of the opinion that 9mm is the capacity/force sweet spot for PCCs where you either can't run them suppressed or can only use a very minimal suppressor because of size constraints.

beyond that things like 300blk just offer too much improvement not to use it.
