this is an example of a lot i never get. these cops acted with extreme patience and control. it is just hard to understand how cops will kill people over a weed eater or a speeding ticket or being in the wrong loc in DC on 1/6. yet,this fool could have been justifiably shot immediately. maybe looking to see if there were other innocents in the house? maybe a result of different recruiting standards? maybe some have concern about following their rules and concern about IAD persecution? some believe they can skate on anything they do? i'm never gonna get it.
