How are guys liking the AI comp triggers these days? Is this what is coming in the AT-XC now?

I ask because there's some old threads on them, and when they first came out seemed everyone loved them (like so many new shiny things), but it seemed like a couple years later in threads on them, quite a few folks reported issues and/or decided to just switch back to the factory trigger as they liked it more than the comp trigger.

Yeah that would be my question is how to tell the updated version in case retailers etc. still have the old ones on shelves, not that there's more than a couple shops carrying these, or in the for sale forum.

There's a note on Mile High's page for the trigger "NOW Made in the USA Exclusively for the U.S. Market". which would imply that in the past the trigger was not made in the USA, and it may differ at least in manufacturer from the non-USA version if not design. However, I ran into a into post from Mile High back in 18' for them and the figure there already shows them as "made in usa" so it seems like that info was likely there since the introduction of the competition trigger in 18' and XTSP has been making them all along.

XTSP's page has a picture of it, but zero info at all about it.

I did reach out to XTSP about the update, it sounds like the issue with early triggers was when folks increased the trigger weight from stock. If they added too much the trigger sear could have intermittent resetting issues, which correlates with the old posts we've seen here about problems reported with the trigger not resetting. The fix was simply to add a larger (I assume stronger) and reshaped spring for the sear. Didn't sound like it's something that can be easily identified from outside the trigger though.
