My wife got me one made into a lapel pin for Christmas 10-15 years ago… No idea where she got it, but thanks for the reminder!

A shooting buddy is getting married next month, and I’ll put it on my suit for the wedding:

Well, since it turns out that the only thing that matters less than high school sports are the parents that care more about it than the kids, as hard as they feel like I guess.

I was only involved in high school sports very briefly, but I will say at the time, it was the only thing keeping me show up for school every day.

I don't have kids but went to a soccer game for my wife's niece a few years ago. The kids were aged maybe 7 to 12 and just walking to the last field I felt like 50% of the parents needed to be tasered and left in the car. They're fucking children people! Shut the fuck up and let them have fun.

My 2 oldest just got finished with flag football. And, yuck. It wasn’t actually that bad but there were definitely a few moments

We tried flags in some of our pick up games in HS back when things were boring before internet, personal computers, touch tone phones.

Best thing about it was if you could nick the flag without the runner figuring it out and let him get that touchdown before revealing the flag. The fights that ensued after a few of these is what made us conclude going back to tackle would be safer.
