MK 12 Picture & Discussion Thread

Finally decided on permanent optic for the Mk12 last weekend, H6xi. Went with this model instead of the T6xi for the weight difference (and very slight price savings). I have not sighted it in yet, but the eye relief seems much better than my NX8, and while looking across my field at dusk, it had some serious light collection. I think I'll be very happy with it.

I always felt that it was excessive to have a cantilever mount on top of the full lenght PRI rail. But then again, I know that peoples faces are different and that shooting positions are different.
I run Nightforce 1,125" rings on top of my PRI rail and it fits me well.
Everything about your build seems solid, so im not complaining.

Yeah, and my LMT mono upper also has a cantilever Badger C1 mount. I considered the same redundancy when purchasing this one as well. I just went with the Larue SPR because it was on sale and I can always move it to another rifle if the need arises. I also wasn't going to pay the ridiculous price I found ARMS rings for.

You have to futz a little, but here you go

Google also has a stand-alone translate app. Haven’t used it in ages though. Wait, just tried it again. Only seems to translate blocks of text that you paste in. Bummer.

I hear you!
ARMS rings were never an option here in Sweden, they seem to be hard enough to get in the US. So I usually go for Nightforce or PRI even if they are not clone correct, they do make a nice set of rings though.

If it's anything like my theos 6-36 it's going to be an amazing piece of glass.

I wish they would do a 3-18 or 4-20.
I have not had time with the big 6-36x Theos, at least not yet. But maybe in the future, who knows?
They do make Nexus and Titan in various models. A few club members run them and seems to be happy with them.

My main experience with scopes from Element Optics comes from the 2-10x Theos and the HYPR-7 which I reviewed earlier this year.
