Possibly. Can the judge, as part of sentencing, ban them for life from serving as a LEO? Can their felony status (on the Tampering charges) do the same? The greater concern being, how many are still on the force doing these things?

I worry more about law abiding citizens having their property "stolen" from them via "Civil Asset Forfeiture" or "ERPOs."

Its a start. If convicted, I suspect the POST certs will be revoked
