Black Rifle Coffee SPAC

And they don’t even sell hazelnut!!!

Sirhr

PS. Was in Clarksville last week for three days. When I am there I always make an effort to eat at Mission BBQ. Not the best barbecue in the world but good and I love the owners and the concept.

Next door was a black rifle coffee company outlet Starbucks like physical sit down coffee house. I drove by it three times during my visit. Not once was there a soul to be seen there. And yes it was open.
I always pass this when in Clarksville too. I never see anybody in there either. Plus the Dunkin is across the street. they probably put it there for the Ft campbell crowd.

This ^^^^^ is the market BRCC targets. The Fudd with the story of "I was going to be a SEAL/Marine/para res/Ranger but they said I was over qualified.
Ever BRCC drinker in my shop has this same shape. And loudly talk about all the rest of us drinking communist coffee while they surf their newest iPhone.

Sooooooo, are they doing this for Matt to collect a fat payday and walk away, or so the public as a whole can see them tank on the stock market the next time they pull a Rittenhouse stunt?

IMO BRCC stock isn’t a good investment. I just don’t see them expanding beyond where they already are. Being distributed and in Cabelas and Bass Pro and a lot of gun stores is pretty much as far as a company of their type is going to go and it’s huge just to make it that far. Most people buying it in those stores are buying it as a novelty, those who actually drink it are using the subscription because it’s the only way to save any money on it. It’s decent coffee, but not worth its price when you can buy similar quality coffees for half. People buying it are buying it for the name and marketing, which is the same reason it will likely never be a Starbucks, Dunkin, Folgers, etc and be seen on Publix and Walmart shelves like those brands.

I think they know the company has gone about as far as it can, they obviously know their consumer base based on orders and subscriptions, and I think this is a last ditch to get their consumer base to buy into the company while it’s at its peak. People will buy in and their investment will likely go downhill or nowhere at all.

I could be wrong, but I think most other investors are going to look at it the same way and pass on their stocks.

Doesn't matter if it's shit, you'll make a bundle.

Where did you get this photo? It was supposed to be redacted. Fuck. There goes my cover.

“TOC this 1, REQUEST IMMEDIATE EXFIL. I AM COMPROMISED!”

That is actually Lynn C. Thompson, the guy who owns Cold Steel knives. It became a meme a long time ago as soon as it was posted on the internet. I cringe a little every time I see it, because I've met him and he's a really nice and humble guy.
And, that pic may have stayed in the bowls of internet anonymity if Cold Steel Knives wasn't known for blatantly ripping off every knife design they produce.

Motivated me to buy some Volcanica. I'll take @TheGerman 's advice here. Especially since they have a sale on some pretty expensive coffee. I'll see what it's like to drink "non-poors" coffee. I generally drink "non-poors" tea when I drink tea. LOL.

I don't get the hate. No one is perfect, which means no company is either. BRC seems to be trying to do what they set out to do. Grow their company and Hire Vets. If they believe this IP is a way to take the next step then so be it. I hope it works for them.
They do not need to align perfectly with my political views for me to like them, their product or what they are trying to do for the Vet community.
Of all the shit companies out there to go after, BRC?

@texastonk
The COE donated to (anti 2A?) democratic candidates.
BRCC put Rittenhouse on "full blast" when he was photographed in one of their shirts.
This is where the hate comes from.
BUT. The person that Evan Hafer donated 500 dollars of his own money and not the companies money was to Tulsi Gabbard. Now while she isn’t the biggest Pro 2A senator she is very pro veteran and is a veteran herself which is exactly in line for what they stand for.

As for the rittenhouse thing you have the facts wrong. What BRCC was against was using the discount code they had for Blaze TV subscribers being plastered on a story about rittenouse where they used a photo of him in the BRCC shirt. It’s not that they were against Kyle it’s that was not how the code was to be used.

It went something like this if I can remember it all. I'm sure some of it may be a little out of order and after typing this I feel like I missed a bunch of bad stuff. Don't quote me as I'm doing this from memory, but there are 100 places online that go over this in detail as it wasn't just some small squabble on a forum somewhere.

- Rittenhouse gets out of jail on bond. He/his family/someone he knows posts a picture on facebook or somewhere about how he is free and happy to be at home. He happens to randomly be wearing a BRCC t shirt but doesn't mention it, say anything about it, reference it, nothing.

- Theres a handfull of people on twitter who apparently @ BRCC about the t shirt. and ask about it.

- BRCC responds with a full blown press release and statement about how he is not affiliated or sponsored by them at all and then something really retarded like, they do not comment on ongoing court cases but also don't support people taking things into their own hands, or something pointed like that. The irony at this point was ridiculous given the sheer amount of 'freedom' 'team USA' 'firearms bro club AR15 lifestyle' shit they built their IP on.

- BRCC media arm contacts some news agency using the photo and demands it be taken down and not used. This was reported and then refuted as a lie by BRCC, which was later found out was completely true.

- Everyone on the entire internet is completely fucking confused at this point. All that seemingly happened was that 3-4 twitter retards asked if BRCC was sponsoring Kyle. The amount of 'response' to this as well as the level of scorched earth they used as a response, was about 10,000 times greater than what would have ever been needed. This confused literally everyone, so of course, now BRCC and their Britney Spears level of freak out was the center of attention.

- Over the next few days, it got way worse. While some of the leadership (lol) at BRCC was trying to do damage control, A. basically everything they had said and was captured on social media either made things worse as they just kept doubling down and then arguing with people to B. autism struck and people found internet postings, political donation receipts and all sorts of shit that the BRCC CEO had made within the last few years. As far as the political donations, everything was money for democrats like Clinton. When this was brought up, it was dismissed by the CEO as a lie and photoshop. Then the links to the .gov pages where the donations were listed was shown and all of a sudden it was 'because he lost a bet'. Then there were more democratic donations found that spanned years.

- Lie after lie after lie was found out. I don't remember all of the specifics. Was something like some progressive group his wife belonged to. To anti gun/anti 2A stuff they had said/posted. To lies about things they swear they didn't do like trying to get the news agency to retract the picture, to just double/tripling down on places like AR15 where they got caught literally lying about lies. It was bad, and when they should have just STFU, they just kept digging.

- It was somewhere around here where it was found out that they had sold out a portion of the company to a very liberal/anti gun venture capital group in Texas and that this company basically pulled the leash and said that they needed to take a stance against Kyle. This was the catalyst to finding out the true BRCC once the gun bro culture lifestyle marketing they were known for, was just a veneer.

- There were a ton of people now where the cool thing, much like what happened with the NRA, saw it as a badge of honor to cancel their BRCC memberships and let everyone know why. It snowballed for months.

- A few months later they try and semi relaunch their image with some sort of video that literally said, if you dont agree with us, you're not the type of customer we want and feel free to cancel your membership or never buy our coffee because we dont want you because you're probably a racist anyways. Literally. https://nationalfile.com/black-rifl...ure-capitalist-says-pro-trump-covfefe-coffee/

So in short; its all hype and marketing. Their coffee quality is fucking literally maxwell house canned coffee with a few 1000% mark up. They were NEVER pro 2A pro gun and it took a dumb mistake from their handlers for everyone to finally realize and see that the ownership had a long history of being the opposite of what they had always claimed they were in order for you to buy into their bullshit lifestyle schtick.

You have to literally be a sadist, or just incredibly stupid, to support them. Jim Zumbo probably drinks BRCC.

Yeah - I would not want to run into Lynn when he's intent on stabbing me. I might have some chance of running away instead of into, however.

All jokes aside, I believe he would dish out a SURPRISING amount of ass-beating if you provoked him.

Who gives a shit if it’s owned by Vets if they’re using child slaves to harvest the beans.
They can fuck right off.
How can you even feel good about paying 3 times the market rate for a product that doesn't contain a certain amount of the tears of children, grown in the fertile soil from the mass grave of their capitalist parents?

You would make a TERRIBLE Communist overlord.

It's even better if its liberal children who go to a private school that I dont have to fucking subsidize with tax money.

I get a large coffee from a gas station for a dollar Every morning, Over priced swill. If that designer coffee was any good they’d be selling it in a gas station, for a dollar.A large coffee to. Rant over

Dead capitalists are very poor for the soil. You need to bury commies if you want to grow good coffee...

Dead commies are mostly calcium. Not much in the way of organic matter to feed the growing plants, and the coffee always comes out bitter and disappointed.
Sure, if you're talking about the workers. You need to get the political class if you want to remediate the soil.

What makes this company worth putting thousands into? What else are they going to do to grow the company? Obviously I haven't read the prospectus.

They plan to rebrand with a Communist Red Star on the front of every box, and the back is going to be Lady Liberty with a giant AntiFa cock shoved up her ass kneeling in front of a mass grave waiting for her bullet in the neck.

A smarmy Commisar is standing behind her with a Makarov in one hand and a BRCC coffee cup in the other.

Where is our resident graphic artist to make this a reality?

I want to buy coffee from a company that donates 100% of it's prophets to a company that provides wax jobs for young, fit soccer moms.

All of that plus the owner liking posts on Twitter calling Kyle a wannabe larper. The pics are in the original thread when all of this first happened.

First, seriously. Valuing it at $1.7 Billion? Fucking nuts. That’s like 6x revenue. Unreal.

Secondly. as a lowly Keurig coffee swill drinker, whats the best K-cup coffee out there? I tried BRCC and it sucked. Sticking with Starbucks as a go to since Costco has it on sale.

I was driving home from deer hunting last Friday when I heard on the radio that Kyle was found not guilty on all charges and I happened to look down at my BRCC mug that I bought a long time ago before I learned what POS traitors they are. I had this sudden urge to throw that fucker out the window. It felt good hearing it hit the pavement at 85MPH as it summersaulted into a ditch.
