Re: Should I be pissed?? A funky ejection could cause that on a LR-308, but yours does look unfired on the upper. Could have been done in shipping, who really knows. Slap some M-Nu on it and call it a day for now. I'm not sure if DPMS test-fires their products. I must warn you, if you...- PopSmoke
