    I advise you to send them to me. ;) I'm a firm believer in less is more when it comes to quality steaks. Salt, pepper and a little EVOO. Now if you want to add little something with a lot of flavor skip the EVOO and put a small pad of garlic butter just before taking them off the grill. One...
