    Does anyone use butler creek eyepiece caps on their Nightforce scopes. I just put one on and when you crank the scope power up, it spins and gets in the way. Any work around?

    Re: Do I need to bed my NF scope base? I used pro-bed 2000. When I talked to Ken @ nightforce he told me to bed it for a stress free fit + the recoil lug would get better contact.

I did this so I could run the scope mechanically zeroed for windage (otherwise I had to crank in 15 MOA Left to zero windage) I just changed to a 20 MOA nightforce base that I bedded...

    Re: How bad are your eyes? I had PRK and it worked out great. Just don't go cheap on the surgery or picking your doctor. The most important thing is the pre and post care, which you are responsible for.

    Re: 30-06 loads/powders I use Winchester brass that I neck turn to 0.0125" and trim to 2.484" with WLR primers. I run 60.5 gr of RL 22 and use 180 gr Accubonds seated to a COAL of 3.705" which is .02" off the lands in my rifle. That works out to an OAL of 3.32". I get 5 shots groups inside...

    Re: Remington accused of 700 series dangerous flaws The sear was worn, and it wasn't holding in a vertical position for some reason. It was only 10 years old. I still trust my gun, because I trust myself to be safe with the muzzle, etc...
