    for what it's worth I've been fairly impressed with my CMMG upper that I bought about 2 years ago. Once I found a bulk pack brand of ammo that it likes it's been doing great. I use it with Black Dog mags. And it runs CCI standards w/ suppressor like a dream.

    KNS anti-twist pins?

    I've always been of the belief if something is not broke then don't fix it. I see no reason to use KNS pins other then to get cool guy points. If you truly need them because you can't keep pins in your lower then go for it. If not then I'd just save your money for your next range trip.

    What BCG for my SPR build?

    I was in the same boat when I was finishing my SPR build. I went with a PSA because it was one of the only ones I could find in stock and I did not want to wait weeks for a youngs, RCA, or fail zero. The PSA seems to be doing just fine.
