    4. 1/4" hex (male) to 1/4" square (male) adapter. Came with the MG 7 kit. I believe this is the Borka piece I use, along with the extended hex sent with my stock.

    Being in seattle I'm not much help either. But I can say, if you're comfortable behind an AR, then you'll be quite happy with the McRees. You'll be able to fine tune the fit even further. I have the McRees stock on mine too, if that helps.

    Your Douglas barrel will not disappoint. The best group out of my Centurion Arms SPR Douglas barrel was about .4, with 24gr Varget and 69 CC.

    Mcree folding chassis

    I was also on the fence between the two. The fact that I had the McRees in hand 5 days later was icing on the cake. I also like that I wasn't forced to change rings. It's one excellent piece of kit and I will own another, if the need arises.

    New Savage 10 .308

    XLR also makes a chassis to fit the bottom release. I have a 10 PC that I wanted to fit into a McRees, so I had the receiver machined to fit the side/standard bolt release. It came out great and I'm very happy with it. It'll also do 1/2 moa with FGGM.

    Seekins Precision status..

    Just put one of your brakes on my .308. Works awesomely, shoots about as soft as my .223. Congrats on the expansion, keep up the good fight.
