    I have used the 300 win and the 300 wby. My preference is the 300 win I have heard great reviews of the 7wsm though as well.

    I would say jimmy, upright And stupid are about 4-4.5. Stickers and blackjack look around 2.5-3thie two I would hate to but I would let them walk.

    Rifle Scopes Optic selection for precision hunting rifle

    I ran a vortex viper LR is 4-16. Great optic for the price never had a issue with on top I my 300. It has the ballistic reticle and you can also order the ballistic turret to match your load so you just range dial and shoot.

    I ran a Vortex Viper HS LR 4-16x50 on a 300 I had previously for hunting and it worked great for it.

    Great pictures hognuts. That is one thing I am looking forward to when I get back from this deployment. Don't have tags but just going to go glass and see what I can find. I'm thinking about building a 6.5 SAUM as well for hunting have to let me know how it works out on game. Good luck
