    .298. The reamer specs are on the card above. I used brass that was prepped for .296 but it didn't seem to hurt accuracy at all

    He said almost all their reamers are from JGS, but the 6.5saum was the same spec as PTG. I only tried one load it was the standard 61gr H1000 with a 140vld with excellent results. I wouldn't hesitate to use them regardless of who makes the reamer.

    The .260 I had built by Aaron was the most accurate rifle I've owned. This makes me miss it even more. Congrats on a great rifle.

    The reamer specs are on the build card pictured. It's setup for no turn neck. The brass I'm using was purchased fully prepped including neck turning from George at GAP. Used the standard 61g of H1000 and it shot very well, even with having to the VLDs a significant amount

    Take a look at Jard. They make a very good adjustable single stage trigger. You can swap springs easily to change pull weight

    Can anyone comment on how the FDE looks compared to burnt bronze cerakote? Decided on this scope for a Mega MKM build and like the FDE but not sure how the two will look together.

    175 SMKs or 178 Amax with varget at mag length has shot great in 4-5 different gas .308s. As far as a difference between those two, I notice very little.

    Frank, I wasn't aware that this was an option. This would save me the hassle of selling one barrel and buying another; not to mention the wait and cost. I really appreciate the info I will look into that.

    The rifle I bought is coming with a 6.5x47 Lapua barrel. I shoot a .260 and have all the components for that, so I'll likely get a .260 barrel for the DTA in the future and not mess with the 6.5x47

    I ordered it through Mark at SAC he said its just be 2-3 weeks til ready to ship. The DTA I picked up here came with a caliber I don't plan on shooting so that's why I'm looking for the covert handguard. I will either have to get another barrel that will work with the longer handguard or just...

    Thanks for the tip and the link. I have noticed mine come out pretty heavy. Glad to know you can get it a little smoother without having to sand it down once it's dried. It's tough stuff to sand
