    Re: Whats the problem with sending guns to California? Individual out of state sellers can ship directly to a CA ffl holder. Out of state ffl holders must receive authorization from CA DOJ before shipping a firearm to a CA ffl dealer. Stupid? Yes, silly rules we have.
