    First focal plane sold it for me. I couldn't bring myself to pay more for a SFP, and I couldn't really see a difference in glass, but I was also inside a building looking through them.

    I would say it depends on your wallet. I have the P-300 on mine and it works just fine, even for the ones I launch out to 400 and beyond. For $170 it's worth it. Just get the quality mount.

    I'm in the same market but I have a question, what makes Sphur so much better than ADM or Badger or the other $200-$250-$275 or so mounts? I have no problem spending the money if there is a justifiable reason, I.e. S&B compared to a Leupold. Thanks.
