Seems cool but might take a split second longer to get at your weapon than it would in a standard IWB. Of course 99% of people dont practice anyways so it's a moot point.
I use big dog Steel's Econoline targets. I shot them with a hot 300 WM load at 110 yards and they survived. Look a couple threads down for DIY target stands. 300 bucks should get you a nice simple set up.
I just order 250 300 gr OTM's. I dont think for a second you intended to mislead anyone with the data. Common sense tell you people dont buy flat based for the BC and if they did they would buy a VLD.
I use the black iron pipe for gas and fire hose/conveyor belt what ever I can find cheap or free. I still haven't decided on the best way to attache the hose/belt to the stand and target.
