    Thats what I did. Pretty cheap IIRC I have 10K worth of Insurance. I took a few pics of each Gun with a newspaer and stored them on my skydrive as proof of ownership. My experience with USAA Claims have all been positive. Even when I totaled my Corvette at the racetrack.

    I used a 6" piece of air duct inside a 8" piece. Insulation in between. Bought a cheap electric burner from wal mart. You have to be super careful dropping large objects in as they tend to bounce of the wall.

    You have to realize, you get essentially two reductions. From the Motor to shaft and from the shaft to container. Mint is almost done waiting for the Fastenall to get another drill rod and trying to find a 12 piece of 6" PVC so I don't have to buy a 10 foot section.

    Coating bullets with hBN, with pics!

    Turns out I was getting the clumps because of moisture. I know heat the bullets in a toaster oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Let cool for ten and coat. It comes out perfectly.

    Thanks for all the input guys. Probably I will just keep the glock and get a 229. I am thinking an SAO model in 9mm with threaded barrel. I want the SRT trigger and night sights. Though I will likely trade out the sights for some HS sights.

    The XD9 I got back in 07 probably had 25-30K rounds and never an issue. But who knows maybe a bad production lot of part X couple with some certain situation could cause a disaster. Thats why we have safety rules and you never point you weapon at something you dont intend to shoot.

    I find this true with most well designed highly functional things. I probably have 30 Kershaw knifes/Fenix flashlights. My wife joked I have a knife and flashlight fetish. Of course if I could afford it I'd probably have about 30 different pistols and even more AR.

    It seems like the Glock is a serviceable pistol. I don't know anyone with a Sig so I don't know when I would get a chance to work with one. Buks had a good point about mixing manual of arms between weapons. For 1200 I could get another Glock and be halfway towards an Osprey.

    I did it for a while and got great results but they didn't have a shower and I do field service so I'm not always at the office. I live in a small town 50 miles from my job. Now I am doing a program call 5/3/1 at the local YMCA. The people are awesome and I liked the coaches.
