Sorry for the stupid question...but how the heck do you tell type 1 from type 2. I bought the JP Enhanced bolt for 6.5 Grendel. Their site doesn’t state if it is Type 1 or Type 2. Thanks for the heads up.- omnis

Re: savage or browning? Think of a chassis being similar to a traditional wood stock, but made out of different material (aluminum, others). But the primary difference is that a chassis enables several options for using aftermarket parts from Magpul and other companies - butt stocks...- omnis
