    Re: Rifle is finaly complete for now. The only issue I have is the bi bods dont fit the stock being its flat and they tend to twist. what can I do to fix that.

    Just got her home from the smith. Had a new barrel put on it and had it cut down from 26 inches to 18inches and had it recrowned. and added a Bell & Carlson Tactical Medalist A2 stock. can't wait to get it to the range. total weight is 12lbs.

    I am getting a new barrel put on my .308 and haveing it cut down to 18in. I have a muzzle brake on the 24in barrel its nice to have because the rifle doesn't kick at all but the noise is what kills me. would It be worth the extra 50 to 100 bucks to have new barrel threaded for the brake or are...
