Dramatic change in accuracy; how to clean this?

Here's what I would do - Run a patch with MPro7 through the bore and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Then a nylon brush and scrub back & forth a few times. Then a dry patch or two to remove debris. Then, run an MPro7 soaked felt plug buttered in JB Bore Paste on a jag. Scrub back & forth a...

New guy jumping into rifle shooting and building a trainer

I've been thru the painful optics 'learning curve' with bargain scopes. I currently use Nikon Prostaff (BDC reticle) scopes on both of my 22 rifles. With your budget, you could even bump up a grade to a Prostaff 5 or maybe even a Buckmasters. For the money, Nikon glass is amazingly bright...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Why you DON'T like Glock.

I went into my LGS a couple years ago, determined to buy a Glock 17. Held & dry fired a couple of different striker pistols. Bought a Springfield XD9 4" instead. It just felt far more natural in my hands. Now I have an XD45 keeping it company and I'm eyeballing a 3". Accurate, reliable, and...

Sidearms & Scatterguns Pistol gripping problem-help

This is the grip I like: For added stability, I will wrap my left index finger around the outside of the trigger guard. Works well for me.

    Putting together my 10/22!

It's obviously a zombie gun...:D I went with a more traditional look. You're going to love that ER Shaw barrel. They're straight shooters. I've since installed a Volquartzen trigger group and its a tack driver.
