    Re: 22/45 upgrades... Ruger MK III replaced with all MK II volquartsen internals with a 4.5 fluted pac-lite and ctc grips shots amazing so lite... with the ctc laser grips i screw around and hip fire spent hulls. also if you use the MK II hammer bushing you can ditch that god awful MK...
