    If you have a 10/22 at home do this: pull the bolt back and let go. That sound is the sound of a suppressed 10/22 using subsonic ammo LOL. It literally is dead silent.

    Until you get past 24” and you’re using a tuner it doesn’t matter. I went with 18” because the chassis foreend I have is 16” which would look weird with a 16” barrel. I have a 20” 308 for PRS and I felt the 18 was a good compromise and would “look good” and we all know how important that is ?

    I would argue with one exception. Longer barrels respond much better to a tuner than shorter barrels. However that doesn’t happen until >20” Since I don’t plan on using a tuner it’s mostly moot. I just like the 18” as it makes the ascetics of my chassis choice a bit better.

    That's sweet looking. I have the same setup in a TS takedown configuration in Magpul Hunger stock. Hell of a shooter!

    I don't think there is any perceptible advantage but I went with 18" as it is the "sweet spot" in my opinion.

    Sweet! I'm going with the bottom option in SSV. Is that a 16 or 18" barrel in the bottom pic? There was a mix up in shipping but I'm hoping this week I will be able to get my hands on it and build her up! Man, that rail looks like it fits perfectly against the top foreend.

    Yea, thought so. I tried my 5-25 ATACR on my main rifle and I couldn’t get focus at 25 unless I was down at 5x and even then a little blurry. However the 7-35 is awesome! Take a look at the NF SHV line if you are a NF fan.

    Crap, I only have the Tunney 510 not the 510U. I hope it works without issues so I don’t have to drop another 150. Going to be trying Lapua Midas + and SK rifle match as my two go to rounds.

    Mine comes in this week and I wondered what you guys/gals are running for scope MOA? My Vudoo is coming with a 30MOA rail and was thinking 0 or 10 MOA SPUHR. I’m going to use a NF 7-35 ATACR F1 and was curious if I would be able to get low enough to hit 15-25 yd targets with 40MOA total rise

    Zero. Both feed anything I've tried, which include SK Rifle Match, Lapua Midas +, Lapua Center - X, Eley sport, Tenex, Gemtech subsonic and CCI mini-mag (not in Kidd as that is more my target setup). Now what shoots best is a different story but I have good results with SK Rifle Match, Lapua...

    Kidd or TS. Both are fantastic and well made. I have both. For lightweight TS has an aluminum with steel insert that I used on my takedown - awesome and light! Others may say Green Mountain, and while I hear good things, I have no personal experience.

    Need help refining 22lr choice

    I was in your shoes a few weeks back. I went with Vudoo. I own a custom single shot bolt action built by R. Gorham and I had a Kidd supergrade, which I liked but sold as in the end I prefer bolt action. I went with Vudoo and hope to review it when it comes next week.
