    Re: New 10/22 Stock from Boyd's Was black, now GAP. Just took the tape off, still needs the pad cleaned up. Need to find something in a cleat matt to smooth out the finish and offer some protection. Anyone have anyh ideas on a matt clear that will stand up to cleaning slovents?

    Re: New 10/22 Stock from Boyd's Just got mine and when the right action screw is installed, put one in that was too long first, the barrel is perfectly free floaing. Gotta really watch the safety when removing the acton, I put a bit of a nick in mine already............
