    Those camo ones pictured look to be for 12 gauge ammo, but no these type pouches are not that great. The M24 accessory kit contained an Eagle foldable ammo pouch to hold 20 rounds, the HSRC also has provisions for ammo storage as well as the stock pack.

    Nice looking rifle, what is the scope, is it an M3a Ultra, what is the year(first two digits of serial number)? Too bad they gave you mismatched iron sights, that Redfiled Palma will not work on that OK Webber rear base on the rifle.

    There is no replaceable part on those rings, best you could hope for is to find another set as they have not been made in over 20 years.

    What do you want to know? I own 2 of them and so does a friend, we have used these with great success out to 800M with no moonlight, easily usuable at 1000M+.

    Re: Brownell's Pmag Backorders? Same thing just happened to me! Order was placed on the 21st of December for 25 window Gen3 30s. Talked to them this morning and my pmag back order was good to go, then I get an e-mail saying that it was changed to notify, who knows what is going on at Brownells.

    Re: Army M24 Build Thread The Turner 1907 slings are superior to the USGI MRT, Turners are nice finished leather and the MRT is not, my 2006 M24 came with an MRT sling, the older the better with the USGI MRT slings as the newer versions are not the same quality.

    Re: Army M24 Build Thread The ultra rings can be found as they were sold on the commercial market until sometime in 2000, the one piece ultra base is another story most if not all went directly to Remington, I have yet to see one for sale on the open market.

    Re: Real world 3 and 5 shot group expectations Cold bore shots are good checks I think as well. Prove your rifle zero out at all ranges and then go out and see if you can put one round right where you want it at various distances, that really puts your accuracy in perspective.
