    I think you have it backwards. Decriminalization means just that. Whatever is decriminalized is not a crime, period. A cop can't just decide he want's to make it illegal anyway.     I get the same result using fine glass bead blasting media in a Lee melter. 800 degree liquid scares me for some reason.

    I would disagree. I would say his 2nd amendment rights we're taken away because of his wife's betrayal. Not that I agree that they should have been taken for any reason.

    I can't think of a single anti 2nd amendment law that I would enforce on the street or in the jury box. As far as I'm concerned there's no such thing as a prohibited person that's not locked up.
