    Re: Removing bluing/protecting metal? I found an easy way to do that is to soak it in vinigar. I did that to a couple of things and it worked out pretty good. I clean it just like you would normally and no rust.

    Re: M40A3 Bipod sling and case Hard case is a pelican model 1750. Since you have a Unertl and you want to be correct with the sling then its a leather sling stamped with MRT along with month and year on it. But if you are going with a S&B then the above mentioned sling is correct.
