Re: New Mosin need a little help. Thing is I have just re done the whole gun. Floated the barrel bought some new stuff, paint, marine tex texture grip. I really would like to fix it if I could. Re: New Mosin need a little help. Thanks. I think its an m44.I know its been modified alot. They end of the barrel dosent seem to be threaded but there is 2 threaded holes on the bottom of it. I will take better pics when I get home. The rear sights are taken off as well. I will get a bunch...- backwoods6

New Mosin need a little help.
I got this gun for free a few months back. I have shot it a few times and had alot of fun. Im now wanting to rebuild it just having trouble with what scope mount I should get. It has already been tapped and had a cheap rail bolted on it. I highly doubt that it will be accurate with this mount...- backwoods6
