    I also have both and they are both nice cans. I really just prefer the 6.5 Ultra 9. I always tend to grab that one. To me the 6.5 Ultra 9 is quieter the Omega which does have a slightly different tone. Accuracy on both is great.

    Nothing illegal with building a can with an approved form 1. That’s the key, you cannot build the can until the form 1 is approved.

    You should be able to keep it just shy of top dead center and give it a “little” torque. Use red lock tight as well.
