    Much better ballistics than the 25-06. I'd say barrel life will likely be similar but could be wrong.

    I've noticed mirage be more of a factor than sun light. That being said I've witnessed it cause a zero shift when checking early before a match shooting sonewhat east into the sun.

    Well seeing that Remington doesn't chamber the 700 in 6 creed then it has shit to do with their filing of bankruptcy. Op you need to determine if it's a heaspace issue or a freebore issue. Both are solved in seperate ways.

    Not sure it's advised to remove them but to do so just release the lock lever and completely unscrew it. Then pull cap up and they will come off.

    I got a couple different loads with 90gr vld withba 24" Broughton. 3250 with IMR4451 and 2 nodes running rl26 at 3096 and 3300. It's a hammer either way. Rl26 is great for speed but doesn't seem as temp stable as other common powders. It seemed to have bands/windows where it it's fairly...

    I've ran a good amount of 90gr vld through my 22. I got in a pinch and even slowed it down (3096 vs the 3300) for a prs match which it shot great at. I have zero regrets. It is very fun to shoot.

    The mk5 looks like it could make a big jump into the game. Saw a vid on the turrets and they sound awesome. Looking forward to seeing one in person. Only downside is the 35mm tube.

    7mm-08 powder choice with 162 eldm

    Upper 2750-2800 with a all weather safe load in 24" barrels. It can go faster but might cause problems in rain and isn't worth the trouble in my opinion.

    Wasn't impressed with the cronus I looked through a while back and I was running an original gen 1 razor that day. Glass was sub par on that cool rainy day compared to the vortex.
