    Surgeon Action Marking

Impact is a refined and improved surgeon.

Before switching to 22 Creedmoor & 22 Benchrest, you may want to read about RPM limits w/ heavy bullets, jacket failure, and bullet blow-ups.

I've ran about 300 88 eld through my 7 twist broughton 22 creed with no issues. I prefer the 90gr vld and will switch back to them now that they are more available. I've only ran the 88's to 3100 but the 90gr bergers have ran great at 3350.

Black Bear vs Lone Peak vs Impact. Which Action?

Never seen a kelby besides in br type shooting but the other two are pretty even imo and the only 2 I would consider if I was building a new rifle.

    Manners PRS 1, add fill?

Mines as is with a mini chassis and it's just fine for me. Comes in somewhere around 18lbs with a 28" m24 barrel and a 5-25 pmii.

Rifle Scopes Tangent Theta new reticles

I liked everything about the gen3xr except the center aiming dot. On paper it doesn't seem like it's all that big but once behind the scope it looks huge.

    Rifle Scopes Greatest Elevation Range?

Gen 1 razors have a large amount of travel.

Multi-Caliber system POI shift experience, what do you get?

I have a surgeon 591 that I routinely swap barrels on between 223ai, 22 creed, 6 creed and 7mm-08ai. A few tenths is about all I ever get in variance between all barrels. It's not a switch lug or anything fancy. I pull the scope and leave action in the stock when swapping barrels.

Range Report 6.5 CM vs 6CM Ballistics

I feel like its easier to load for. Everything shoots super well and has relatively low sd numbers you just pick what you want. 6.5 creed imo is a bit more work or has been in my experience between the two. You give up a little speed with the x47 but not enough to matter.

Range Report 6.5 CM vs 6CM Ballistics

6 creed isn't a barrel burner if you use cooler powders and run a longer barrel. I have 2 primary ones that are match guns one with 1500rds the other 500rds and they both shoot the same exact load within 5fps of each other and both are sub moa guns. Unless you are confined to factory ammo I...

    223 AI Questions

Mine is a 7 twist and it's ran everything from 55gr nosler to 80gr vld's.

Rifle Scopes If matches are mostly shot using 15x or so why have a 27x scope?

As far as prs/nrl goes with magnification in my opinion it depends more on match style than anything. If it is heavy positional lower magnification higher fov is nice but a field match with little targets being able to zoom in is really nice. I've ran a 15x for a year or so and it was fine but...

22 Creedmoor 1:7" twist barrel 90 grain bergers

I've ran 90's in my 22 creed at both 3100 and 3350. Its a fun little combo.

    AICS 223 mags?????

Accurate are great. Sometimes you can find them cheaper labeled/sold as ruger 223 scout rifle mags. That is if you don't mind having the ruger screaming chicken on the bottom of the mag.
