    My membership will expire in May and I will not rejoin. There is no advantage of being a member for the 1100 yard range. It cost the same to shoot there if you go with the group, you just can't reserve it on your own. I guess I'm just going to do the new shoots for $50 per person so $100 a day...

    Heard on the radio today that water reflects 10% of UV rays, sand 30% and snow 80%. I'll take some sunscreen.

    Ballistic AE has the 168 gr BT going subsonic at 1170 yards with my current load. So it should be good right?

    Ultimate Super Sniper!

    I have the Choate Ultimate Sniper on a .308 Rem and the Choate Tactical on a Savage .308. I think they are both good stocks but I like the tactical version a little better. And yes I do have experience with a higher end stock, I have a McMillan A3-5 adjustable stock on my .338.

    Does anyone have any experience with the .308win shooting the 168gr Nosler BT at 1K? Reason I ask is that my sons .308 shoots those green tipped bullet so well I was hoping to give them a try out to 1000 yards. I've tried the 175gr SMKs that I know are good out farther in his gun but they...

    Just curious if anyone on here was going to compete this year? I'm thinking of coming down one day for spectating purposes.
