    Re: tig welding a bolt handle? Filler- Match filler to parent when possable. Remove copper coating from .024" 4130 MIG wire for a blued color match. Heat Sink- Required Purge-Prevents atmosphere getting at back side of weld (heat effected zone-critical area) Get on it-Get Off of it...

    Re: Superior Shooting Systems Remy 700 Bolt... There are innovators/certified TIG welders. There are imitators/back yard welders. If your TIG welded bolts/handles need to be bead blasted to remove carbon-use it for a paper weight-as temper is AFU.

    Re: My shilen barrel!! I am a little shocked!! If the copper fouling does not improve over time, you can shoot Tubb's final finish through it to smooth out the bore a bit. If fire lapping is required why not just pour sand in the bore & shoot the rifle!!!!!!!!!
