    Yes it is transferable. We warranty the scope not the user so if you want to sell it then it's good to go regardless of who originally purchased it. We view the purchase of a Steiner product as a true investment that can be handed down from generation to generation.

    Bushnell? No. Not at all. The scopes with the 4x erector system are made in the US. The 5x systems are made in Germany at the Steiner factory. Our scopes are not that same optic as the Premiere.

    That scope should be sent in. Print the repair authorization form off of the website and return that with your scope. PM would probably be better for this type of stuff but either way it should be sent in.
