Rifle Scopes S&B : New 3-27x PMII -- On the site!
It's been a reality in the EU for getting on for 10 years if not more...why this has only recently become such an issue for S&B is that they didn't implement it. I bought my first PMII in 2006 - 30 year warranty. My latest (last year) 2 years...go figure! Why would you expect it to be...- BasraBoy

Exactly....does anybody really think that military/government procurement is made on the same terms as the general public or "consumers"? Apples and Oranges! AI factory stock skins VS Viperskins?
I was never too good at maths...but it looks like the answer is $40 and a different profile/palm swell on the Viperskins? As far as I recall both can take the side rails now? FWIW, if the AI sides are the same as the last set of thumbhole sides I bought for my AW, then look at the Viperskins...- BasraBoy

What is the problem when you shot the rifle? Are you 100% it is the scope mount and not the scope or the barrel? Once you have drilled the receiver it may not be so easy to weld them and redrill new holes - depends on how far off you are on the first effort. What type of mount are you...- BasraBoy
