    How many of you "actually" shoot 500yds+ often?

    Re: How many of you "actually" shoot 500yds+ often? My rifle club gets range time on military ranges, in an ideal year we shoot past 500 12 to 14 times. Lately, due to the conflicts in Iraq/Afganistan the MOD have been nicking our range dates and we have lost a few.

    Re: Realistic TRG-42 Expecations? IMHO TRG will outshoot a custom no problems. They use the best of components and are well screwed together. A custom is only an improvement over a stock remmy or something, guns like TRG's or AI's are already very accurate.

    Re: Good .22LR trainer w/o breaking the bank? CZ452 varmint. Put the little trigger kit in and hey presto a superb, accurate little .22. I put the Wilddog varmint stock on mine and use it for 22 benchrest at my local club.
