    I would send it back to the manufacturer. Something is seriously wrong. If you start messing with it too much you might void the warranty and be out of luck. They probably will only want the upper back which makes it much easier, as it won't have to go through an FFL.

    I have a POF that I love, however, I just admit that the new COLT CRL-20 is one sexy beast. I can't find any reviews on it though.

    Pof VS lwrc

    I vote POF, however, go shoot both. It is really just a matter of preference. Both are good rifles with good companies behind them. If you search the net you will find people having issues with both . . . . however, detractors tend to make more noise than satisfied customers.
