    Re: 20 moa base or not, for my 700. I just purchased two sets of TPS rails for my 700s. I was impressed with the finish and the fit. I bought TPS rings as well. For the price, they seem hard to beat. My rifles are not duty rifles, but they seem perfect for my use.
