    Re: Advice on a lathe Check out Grizzly.com they have some great lathes pretty cheap, their gunsmithing lathe is great for starting out. Other than that watch craigslist and go smaller than a 12x lathe. Tooling, and good tooling at that will be the largest cost.

    ND3X50 Laser Genetics

    Re: ND3X50 Laser Genetics My father and I have broken both the ND3 & ND5 several times. I think they are ok for anything up to .308 but these things cannot handle the recoil of an unbraked 300 Win Mag. They work for about 5 - 10 shots then they DIE.
