    For the money, the Bushnell is not bad. At higher end of magnification is where you will see some issues..Image always looks a little blurry to me. But in the mid range its easy to see impacts on steel .

    Do I need a Kestrel Meter?

    Others have far more experience than me, but if your wanting to shoot long range, DA does make a difference. I've had good luck using a more basic Kestrel, which gives me temp, station pressure, etc. then use Ballistic AE on my phone for ballistics. Good way to get going without breaking the bank.

    For a budget set up, I run a Primary Arms 4-14 in a Warne mount on a 18 inch AR. No issues. Not the best glass, but it works.

    Cool video! I'm still saving for glass, but I built up a 22 inch AR chambered in 568 TLR, cant wait to see what it can do. The friend I bought the barrel from designed the cartridge, will push a 75 grainer about 3000ish to 3100 fps.

    How to clean chamber

    Not sure this is the best answer, but I use a 9mm bore mop and wrap a patch around it. Wet it with Hoppes powder solvent and use a pistol rod to push it into the chamber. let it sit awhile , then use clean patches to clean up...So far its worked for me but looking foward to other answers as well.

    Coating an action.

    I had my Defiant Deviant action and bolt cerakoted. The guy who did the work then polished the rear of the bolt, and had masked off the interior. Its nice and slick. The guys at Defiant advised not to do it, but it came out great. So I think it has alot to do with who does the Cerakote.
