Re: need new rifle for upcoming elk hunt!!! Weatherby magnum? Have you priced ammo for it lately? It will cost more than the hunt to just sight the silly thing in! Well, maybe not, but close. I would start with cartridge choice then go from there to select a rifle rather than the other way...- PeteCamp
