    I think you're right; the round isn't coming up high enough. I'll follow your and RampedRaptor's advice and tweak the feed lips a little and see how it goes.

    I received three ARC mags today, and of those, two work while the third refuses to feed with only one or two rounds in it. This is in a Howa 1500 with CDI bottom metal. ETA - These mags also require a LOT to fully seat. As in, I have to palm strike them to fully seat while a Magpul 5 rounder...

I was considering the MPA BA Lite PCR Competition Rifle for the same price, but I got tired of waiting for return emails from them with a couple questions. Also, the PVA JHR action looks to be quite a step up from the trued Rem 700...
