    Rifle Scopes Swfa 20x

    I have the 16x on my rem700 .308 i shoot out to 1000yards with it. I see no reason not to buy another SWFA optic. I am planning on doing a .223 build this winter for the wife. I will be ordering a 12x for her with seekins rings and base.

    What twist rate is your barrel? Mine is 1/12. Doesn't like 150 or 155gr. .57 inch group at 100 yards with ultramax 168gr reloads and .54 group with federal gold medal match 168gr

    very nice setup!!!!!!!!!!!!! i too did a budget build over last winter on a rem700. i got the HS precision stock as a gift. after seeing your rig i may get the b&c stock and pass HS down to the next guy doing a budget build. i aslo went swfa for my optic!!!! and it allows me to hit 12x12 plates...

    i have tried the 180gr they do not group well with my 1/12 twist. I just shot Hornady 165gr sst. They grouped .91" at 100 yards. what do you think of this bullet for hogs/deer?

    will i need more than a 20moa to get too 1000 yrds?

    I run rem700 .308 seekins 20moa base and seekins rings. Swfa 16x42 scope. No problems dialing to 1000 yards. 151 clicks puts me center mass

    Range report. the break reduced recoil about 60% trigger was clean crisp and had no creep shoot five shots at a paint ball at 200 yards... missed. then i settled down found my sweet spot and let one fly!!! HIT! bye bye paint ball! Here are a few pics

    i have not got a chance to shoot with the break. as i just finished duracoating it this past sat. before the break and trigger install i was getting 3.5 inch group at 450 yards. and was able to ring the steal plate at 1000 yards the twist rate is 1/12 as of right now i run federal premium...
