Rifle Scopes Any logic in having the same scope on multiple rifles?

I still have one old school scope with Mil-Dot reticle with MOA turrets. Although it's just sitting in its box now. No idea what to do with it other than have it collect dust.

Triad Rifle Case vs Armegedon Gear Precision Rifle Case

I noticed ordering direct from Armageddon Gear has high shipping fees too. I ended up ordering from stores that carry their products for free shipping over $50 or something like that.

Triad Rifle Case vs Armegedon Gear Precision Rifle Case

TacOps had a clearance sale while back direct from them. I think it was like $225-250 or something.

Rifle Scopes Any logic in having the same scope on multiple rifles?

If you compete, then I would think having the repetition of using the same scope (reticle, turret) is advantageous though.

Rifle Scopes Any logic in having the same scope on multiple rifles?

Well, I go with the philosophy of trickle down technology. I put the newest scope on my longest range rifle. Former scope moves down the line and trickles down eventually to the 22LR rifle.

Rifle Scopes Vortex Razor hd gen II 4.5-27x56 Reticle Choice

Delayed gratification has it's perks. The younger generation expect instant gratification where packages have to arrive in 2 days or less.

Rifle Scopes Vortex Razor hd gen II 4.5-27x56 Reticle Choice

Go for MIL. And since you change optics often, the Razor Gen II's hold their values pretty well. I still can't believe when I used to use Mil-Dot where the reticle was MIL and the turrets were MOA. Oh man the strange old days.

    Rem 700P, 5R or not?

The original HS Precision stock on my 700P died sometime in 2019 after over 15 years. Had a hairline fracture on the front end of the stock. Discovered HS Precision has a lifetime warranty so I sent the broken stock in and they sent me a new one. Very happy HS Precision sent me a new stock so I...

    Just Started Cycling Again

I noticed by sheltering at home, I wasn't burning enough calories so I had trouble sleeping at night. I'd toss and turn and can't sleep. I regularly head to the outdoors to go camping, hiking, and shooting (perhaps) but basically all the trailheads are closed (too popular). So I've gone back to...

Fieldcraft Made the HAM radio step

Good luck on earning your Technician Class ticket. You're lucky you don't have to pass Morse code. I had to pass the 13 wpm Morse code back in the days to earn my General Class. After the FCC dropped the 20 wpm requirement, I went and got my Extra class. Now there's no Morse code requirement for...

    What happened to billiard/pool halls?

There are two pool halls within 4-5 miles of me and a billiards store. Near where I used to live there were a couple of pool halls along with two snooker halls (2/3 of the tables were snooker tables). I don't have room in the home for a pool table so I settled for a nice Tornado Foosball table...
